The Supreme Prosecutors’ Office invited 15 prosecutors from Cambodia
and implemented the training on violence against women and children investigation from November 7th to November 10th, 2017.
The training is aimed at strengthening Cambodian prosecutors’ capabilities to tackle and prevent crimes against women and children and promoting cooperation between the two countries in criminal justice.
The training programme consisted of lectures on Korea’s investigation techniques on violence against women and children, and forensic science investigation skills, and field trips such as National Digital Forensic Center, Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office and Ministry of Gender Equality
and Family.
